It was really cool to spend some time with some people today talking about Kids ministry.  Everyone was really responsive.  I think I did about 10 interviews this weekend, and everyone was excited to jump on board.

I started this interview thing to try and place people where they can be most effective, but what I found today was a totally unexpected benefit.  People were able to share their stories and connect with Hope on a deeper level.  It is cool to hear how people are all at different stages of their journeys.  I really like this process and feel it is going to be really effective.
